Brand Analysis

Maybellines History
Maybelline started as a small family business, selling products from the Williams family's kitchen in Chicago. The brand's first product was a mascara, created by Tom Lyle Williams' sister, Mabel, which inspired the name "Maybelline". The mascara was an instant hit, and the brand expanded its product line to include other makeup items such as eye shadow, eyeliner, and lipstick.

Over the years, Maybelline has continued to grow and innovate. In 1967, the brand was acquired by L'Oreal, a global leader in beauty products. Since then, Maybelline has expanded its product range to include skincare, fragrance, and nail care products.
